      A noble accessory for your travel bag - durable and close to nature

      High-quality cowhide from Central Europe, e.g. Germany and Austria, double-layered with fine seams and durable finish. Pocket buttons ensure a practical and secure closure and a slightly rustic, elegant look.

      The soft, grippy leather is tanned in Germany using purely vegetable tanning techniques (without chrome) and aniline dyed, without an opaque layer of color. This special premium leather is also used for knife bags, so it will be a very long-lasting companion for your SHAVENT. It is lightly sanded, finished with wax and milled, creating a soft surface with a great feel, where you can clearly see the leather structure.

      Your SHAVENT leather travel bag is specially tailored to the SHAVENT Original. The SHAVENT Compact will also fit in, but you will lose the size advantage of the Compact.

          Leather with character - how to care for your SHAVENT travel bag

          Leather is a material that develops its own character over the years, and your travels together help to create this character. With the right care, your leather case will be your companion for many, many years.

          Here are the best tips:

          • The buttons on the side of the bag, which serve as the closure for your case, may be a little stiff when you first use it. However, the leather will soon adapt and you will have a permanent, firm but handy closure.

          • Your leather case is designed for transport. It can handle small splashes of water, but you should avoid diving. If a drop of water leaves a stubborn stain, simply wipe your entire bag with a damp cloth. This will give you an even surface again.

          • If your razor case gets a grease stain, e.g. from creams, you can carefully iron it at low heat with a paper towel in between, as this will allow grease to dissolve from the pores and the surface will become finer and more even again.
